New Lead: Potential candidates that the recruiting team is actively sourcing from places like LinkedIn, events, ect. Candidates must be manually added to the Leads section of the pipeline.

Reached Out: Not utilizing

Responded: Not utilizing

New Applicant: When a candidate applies to a job posting, if a member of our organization submits a referral for a candidate, or the agencies submits a candidate

Shortlist: When candidate’s resume is in the review process

Candidate Contacted: When recruiter is working on scheduling candidate
