Step by step:

• Select the Jobs tab:

• then, “+ ADD JOB POSTING”

• Distribution step:

It's very important to note to only select External job site. If you select both external job site and internal job site it will only post it will not post externally so very important only select External job site.

• Insert the job description:
  • The job description is to be completed by the hiring manager you can also add a list for basic qualifications and at closing.

• Create list of qualifications:

• Optionally, you can ask applicants screening questions:

There are multiple different default questions in the “custom questions” field. Asking these questions helps filter out candidates that may be under qualified for the role.
